Shipping

Here at None of your Beeswax NT we like to make sure our packages are shipped as eco consciously as possible. We wrap our items in tissue paper and use cardboard boxes which can be composted. We like to re-use boxes that we receive to give them more use than just one before being recycled or composted. We are currently using Bio-tape which will break down in general waste. We are looking into paper tape for the future. If you have any other eco packing tips please let us know as we love customer feedback.

We use Australia Post currently and due to COVID19 there have been delays through Australia Post. During this difficult times it is best to allow 7-10 days (this can vary from state to state) before you will receive your order within Australia.

We operate 8am-4pm Monday to Friday and are closed on public holidays. Orders received over weekends are packed and posted the next business day.

 

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with all of the products that you purchase from None of your Beeswax NT. We ask that you check the quantity and quality of your purchased products upon delivery and if any products are faulty or incorrectly supplied that you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in a rejection of your claim. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange opened or used products.

Please note that because some of our products are handmade and 100% natural, individual batches may vary slightly in texture or smell. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a return request.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email (cassidy.jay.dixon@outlook.com) to discuss details and organise an approval to return. Any returned items will be at your expense. Items purchased through another retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
